Complaining to any one, housekeeping or front desk is moot.
HE kept our money and never cleaned our room. Day before we left we found a housekeeper outside our door and asked him to service the room, gave him a $10 tip to do so with his promise that our room would be next. NO HOUSEKEEPING we had to make our beds and clean our bathroom, calling housekeeping to get towels replenished took several calls a day to get them.
